No physical shipping
xixaSoft sells digital products. There are no shipping charges or physical delivery times for products sold through this shop unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
Instant delivery
For successfully completed automated payments and eligible Free Plans, download/licence access may be created immediately. Access is available through the customer account and/or the order flow.
Manual-payment delivery
Bank/QR and wire-transfer orders remain pending while payment is verified. Digital delivery begins after confirmation by xixaSoft. International bank transfers can take 1–3 business days or longer depending on banks and clearing networks.
Delivery problems
If a paid order does not show the expected download or licence, contact admin@xixasoft.com with your order number. Do not place repeated duplicate orders to resolve a delivery issue.
