1. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases and use of digital products offered through shop.xixasoft.com. By placing an order or activating a licence, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific licence terms shown on the product page.
2. Digital products
Products sold here are digital software, plugins, themes, extensions, utilities, licence access or related downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Orders and pricing
Product descriptions, prices, plan duration, activation limits and included features are displayed before purchase. Prices may change for future orders. An order may be refused or cancelled before fulfilment where there is obvious pricing error, fraud, abuse, duplicate/test activity or payment failure.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping credentials confidential. You must not use another person’s account without authorization or attempt to bypass shop, payment, download or licence security.
5. Licence rights
Purchase grants the licence rights stated for the selected plan; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the software. Unless explicitly permitted, you may not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense, reverse-engineer for circumvention, remove licence controls or share licence keys.
6. Updates and support
Update and support availability depends on the purchased product/plan and any stated maintenance period. Compatibility can change when third-party platforms are updated. Customers should review compatibility requirements before purchase and maintain backups before installing updates.
7. Payments
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout using an available payment method. Bank-transfer orders remain pending until payment is received and verified. See the Payment Policy.
8. Refunds and statutory rights
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use the shop or products for unlawful activity, security abuse, credential theft, malware distribution, infringement, payment fraud, licence circumvention or attacks against xixaSoft or third parties.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xixaSoft is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, business interruption, lost profits or data loss arising from misuse, incompatible third-party updates or failure to maintain backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms for future use of the shop. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
