What does xixaSoft sell?
Digital software products such as Shopware/JTL plugins, themes, extensions, utilities and related licence access. Product pages show the applicable platform, compatibility and plan details.
Do you ship physical products?
No. Products sold through this shop are digital unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
When do I receive my download?
Eligible automated payments and Free Plans can be delivered immediately. Manual bank/wire payments are delivered after verification. See Digital Delivery.
How do Free Plans work?
If a product offers a Free Plan, the product page shows its duration, activation limit and available features. Free Plan licences may expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
Where can I find invoices and licences?
Sign in to your customer account to review orders, licences and paid-order invoice availability.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the reason, delivery/activation status and applicable law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
