Licence ownership
A licence grants permission to use the purchased software under the selected plan. Copyright, source ownership, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights remain with xixaSoft or the applicable rights holder.
Activations and domains
Each plan can specify an activation/domain limit. Licence activation may record the normalized domain, instance information, activation status and last validation time so the licence service can enforce the purchased limit.
Free Plans
A Free Plan may be time-limited, feature-limited or activation-limited as shown on the product page. Expiration or plan limits do not create an entitlement to continued paid features.
Transfers and sharing
Licence keys are personal to the purchasing customer/account unless the product terms explicitly permit transfer. Public sharing, resale, sublicensing or circumvention of activation controls is prohibited.
Suspension or revocation
A licence may be suspended or revoked for payment reversal/fraud, unlawful redistribution, deliberate licence-control circumvention or other material breach, subject to applicable law.
